Terms of Service

BMaiKR is an AI automation and custom software consultancy operating under the BizPowr family of brands, with an EU contact address in Belgium and a Pakistan-based development headquarters — see the addresses at the bottom of this page.

BMaiKR provides AI & business automation, web development, WordPress development, and digital marketing services, delivered either as bespoke project work or through the Sovran CRM and other BMaiKR products. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in the quote or proposal accepted by the client, not by this page.

Marketing pages, glossary entries, and blog posts on this site are provided for general information and do not themselves constitute a service agreement.

Where a project specifies EU hosting, BMaiKR delivers it on its own HostPowr infrastructure or another documented EU-based provider — see the EU Trust Center and Data Residency page for the category-by-category detail. Where a workflow uses a third-party AI provider, that provider’s own terms apply; see AI Data Handling for how this is documented per provider.

Personal data collected through this site is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback and approvals, and for the lawful use of any data, credentials, or third-party accounts they provide to BMaiKR for the purpose of delivering a project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables built specifically for a client (custom code, designs, and content produced for that engagement) transfer to the client upon full payment. BMaiKR retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and generic components reused across projects, and grants the client a license to use them as part of the delivered work.

Payment terms, currency, and any deposit or milestone structure are set out in the quote or invoice for each engagement. Cryptocurrency payment is supported where indicated at checkout or in the invoice.

BMaiKR delivers services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of any third-party platform, AI provider, or hosting infrastructure outside its direct control. To the extent permitted by law, BMaiKR’s liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

BMaiKR may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in its services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at BMaiKR’s EU contact address in Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law that applies in the client’s own jurisdiction. Any signed project agreement may specify a different governing law and venue, which then takes precedence for that engagement.
