How the Intake AI works

Choose what you need: automation, a website, social media / ads, or something else. The AI uses your choice to route you to the right question set — so you're never asked irrelevant things.

Answer the smart questions
The wizard asks focused questions about your goals, existing tools, timeline, and rough budget. It adapts as you go — if you say "I already have a WordPress site", it won't ask you to pick a CMS platform.

The AI builds your estimate
Once you submit, our estimation engine analyses your answers and generates a scoped estimate with a price range, timeline, and recommended approach. This typically takes 20–40 seconds.

Review, then choose your next step
You'll see your estimate in your client dashboard. From there you can accept and move to delivery, choose from our service packages, or book a call with our team if you want a human conversation first. No pressure — the estimate doesn't expire.

Your raw description is rewritten by AI into a structured brief — filling gaps, resolving ambiguities, and normalising scope before estimation begins.
Pricing matrix
We maintain a service-specific pricing matrix built from real project data. The AI overlays your answers onto this to produce a grounded, not arbitrary, price range.
Flow routing
After you submit, the system automatically picks the right next step — AI estimate, service package, or a booking link — based on your project type and complexity.
Your team gets notified
The moment you submit, the BMaiKR team receives a full brief snapshot. By the time you've reviewed your estimate, we already know your project exists.
Common questions
Do I need an account to use the Intake AI?
No — you can explore and answer the questions without signing in. At the end of the wizard you'll create a free account (or sign into an existing one) so your estimate is saved. Account creation takes about 30 seconds.
How accurate is the estimate?
It's a scoped range, not a binding quote. For straightforward projects it's typically within 10–15% of the final proposal. For complex or multi-phase projects you'll see a wider range — and a recommendation to book a call so we can narrow it with you.
What services can I get an estimate for?
Currently: workflow automation (n8n), WordPress & custom web development, social media management, and Google / Meta performance ads. If your project doesn't fit a category, choose "Other" — the AI will handle it.
What happens after I submit?
One of three things happens automatically: (1) you see an AI-generated estimate immediately in your dashboard, (2) you're taken to our service package catalogue to pick a ready-made tier, or (3) you're invited to book a short discovery call. You stay in control of the next step.
Can I save my progress and come back?
Yes. If you're signed in, your session is preserved. If you close the tab mid-wizard, return to the Launchpad and your draft will be waiting.
Is there any cost?
Zero. The Intake AI and Launchpad are completely free to use. You only pay if you decide to proceed with a project and accept a proposal.
What if I want a human to review my project instead?
After submitting you'll always have the option to book a call with our team. Your project brief will already be in our system — we won't ask you to repeat yourself.
